Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to the Hyper Sys Academy website and related learning services operated by Hyper Sys Academy ("we", "us") at hyper-sys.digital. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.
2. Services Description
We provide information about professional training programmes, enquiry forms, and links to learning resources. Course delivery may occur online or in blended formats as described in specific programme materials. We may update descriptions to reflect scheduling or content adjustments.
3. Eligibility & Conduct
You must provide accurate contact details when requested. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for unauthorised commercial use, upload malware, or impersonate Hyper Sys staff or partners. We may suspend access for breaches.
4. Intellectual Property
Branding, curriculum materials, exercises, and site copy remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors unless otherwise stated. You receive a limited licence to use materials for personal learning during enrolment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of materials requires written consent.
5. Third-Party Tools
We may reference third-party services (for example hosting providers, video platforms, or analytics tools subject to your cookie choices). Those services have separate terms; we are not responsible for their availability or practices beyond selecting them with reasonable care.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Scotland and the wider United Kingdom, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the site or reliance on informational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot legally be limited.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumers retain mandatory rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction under UK consumer protection law.
8. Changes & Contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For questions, email trust@hyper-sys.digital or write to 33 Park Row, Edinbanchory, AB33 5DQ, United Kingdom.
