Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid Hyper Sys Academy programmes listed with GBP pricing on hyper-sys.digital. Corporate contracts may include bespoke terms referenced in separate statements of work.
2. Cooling-Off (14 Days)
For distance contracts, UK consumers generally have fourteen days to cancel without giving reasons, unless an exception applies and you requested immediate access with acknowledgment of the withdrawal right.
3. Eligibility for Refunds After Access
If you begin accessing digital materials early at your request, we may deduct value for supplied services as permitted by law. Partial refunds may apply when a cohort is partially delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Application fees clearly marked as non-refundable, third-party exam vouchers already issued, and bespoke 1:1 blocks delivered are generally non-refundable except where faulty or misdescribed.
5. How to Request
Email trust@hyper-sys.digital with your full name, programme name, purchase reference, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days with next steps.
6. Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen days unless a technical limitation requires a bank transfer with your consent.
7. Cancellations by Hyper Sys
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. We are not liable for incidental travel costs beyond mandatory consumer protections.
