You keep access to recordings where available, but paired review sessions are not recreated one-to-one. We publish calendars early so you can plan around critical dates.
Primary live blocks target GMT/BST. If you are several hours away, mention it in your enquiry — occasionally we cluster trios with compatible overlap.
Where VAT applies to your situation, it will be confirmed on your invoice. Displayed figures are informational; your proposal states tax treatment explicitly.
Instalment options appear on formal quotes for longer programmes. Totals including any plan fee are shown before you commit — there is no hidden balloon payment.
We aim for two business days for general questions. Complex corporate requests may take longer if we need scheduling input from multiple instructors.
Coaching sessions are scheduled resources, not unlimited. If you need intensive interview prep beyond included blocks, we can refer you to external partners at separate rates.
A modern browser, Node LTS, Git, and editor of your choice. Specific tracks list optional IDE extensions — we avoid mandating paid licences unless you already own them.
We design exercises to fit common free tiers where possible. Any spend beyond that remains your responsibility and should be approved by whoever pays the bill.
