1. Data Controller
Hyper Sys Academy is the controller for personal data processed through hyper-sys.digital unless we state otherwise for a specific programme partner.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone, company), enquiry content, technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers), usage data (pages visited, approximate region derived from IP), and cookie data as described in our Cookie Preferences page.
3. Purposes & Legal Bases
We process data to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests / contract preparation), operate and secure the website (legitimate interests), deliver training services you purchase (contract), comply with law (legal obligation), and, where you opt in, analytics to improve content (consent).
4. Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for ongoing discussions. Contract and billing records follow statutory retention requirements. Logs may be kept for security monitoring on a rolling ninety-day basis unless investigation requires longer storage.
5. Sharing
We use processors for hosting, email delivery, and classroom tooling under written agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. International Transfers
If data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK IDTA/Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses as applicable.
7. Security
We apply administrative and technical measures including access controls and encryption in transit. No online service is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords for accounts we issue.
8. Children's Privacy
Services are aimed at adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen without parental authority.
9. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in certain cases. You may withdraw consent for optional processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Contact trust@hyper-sys.digital to exercise rights.

We will post updates to this notice and adjust the last updated date. Material changes affecting consent-based processing will be communicated as required.
